Rid of Fat Belly by James Davis

Getting Rid of Fat Belly is rapidly becoming a part of life for more and more men and women these days. You may laugh and joke about your fat belly but I know from experience you are not laughing inside. It hurts to see people quickly glancing away from your midsection when you turn to talk to them. Nothing is more humiliating than having to ask a flight attendant for a seatbelt extension because your seatbelt does not reach around your lap.

Health issues, self-esteem, quality of life, you have heard all the reasons to get rid of that fat belly. Easier said than done - right!

Here are a few tips and a secret weapon I personally use and recommend to get rid of fat belly:

Commitment - make a commitment to yourself before starting your weight loss adventure and know you will fail occasionally but you will accept the set backs as part of the process of creating the new you. Commit to moving as much as possible. You don't have to join a gym or buy expensive exercise equipment just commit to moving each day. Walk to the mailbox instead of driving to it. Take a walk around the block after work instead of coming home and settling down and taking off your shoes. Take the stairs at work and if you can't make it the entire way stop one or two floors short of your stop and walk the rest of the way.

Limit your sugar intake - You don't have to count calories just cut back on sweets. To get rid of fat belly, you need to regulate your intake of calories and sugar. Limit junk foods, soda, fast foods and other unhealthy foods. Again, just reduce your intake. A little change goes a long way over time and consuming sweets uncontrollably just feeds your growing belly.

Limit your alcohol intake - a small amount of alcohol has actually been shown to be healthy for you but drinking large amounts of alcohol can derail your weight loss efforts. Alcohol converts to sugar which then converts to belly fat. Have one glass of wine if you like and stop.

Getting rid of fat belly can take some effort but I can show you how I lost 48 lbs (most of it belly fat and dropped from a 42 inch waist to 34 inches) in less than 2 months.
