Desperate to Lose Weight Quickly by Ronald Brooks

If you have a weight problem this title probably fits you. If you have tried and failed at weight loss then you truly understand desperate. This is simple something that a person who has never struggled with weight can understand. "Just cut back on what you eat" or Eat healthier foods" yea right, if it was that easy I would not be fat. You have to have been there to understand. So if you are truly desperate and sick and tired of trying ever new fad and failing, then read on I give you some simple but effective tip to lose weight quickly.

I want to start by saying I am not a big fan of crazy diet pill, or who knows what I am really drinking fat blasting shake, or starving and fasting. No matter how desperate e you are these should never be an option for you. There is now over night fast and easy fix. Even following the right diet program take domiciliation and long term commitment.

1. Eat more often, not more food - If you will break down your daily food intake into 5 to six small meals, you will never feel hungry and will find that in the long run you will eat less. 2. Reduce the amount of fat intake in your diet- You must do this wisely, reduce the bad fat you normally get from bad snacks to healthy natural snacks. Fat is not necessarily the enemy, it is in knowing what type to eliminate. 3. Eliminate - Do away with processed foods, carbonated drinks, sugar and flower. This is by far one of the hardest thinks to do, but if you want to lose weight quickly this is a MUST! 4. Replace - Replace the eliminated foods with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grain breads and pasta, and low fat fish and chicken. 5. Get on an exercise program - Exercise promotes the building of muscles which will burn fat faster. So get on a stationary bike for 20 minutes a day, and lift light weight and watch the pounds fall off.

These are just a few tips you can follow. I also recommend a weight loss journal along with a good diet program. If weight loss is something you are still struggling with, then I encourage you to not quit and to keep trying because the solution may be just one more click away

I have three small children and found that the only thing I did was eat, sleep, and yell at them when they got in the way of the TV. This along with continual bouts of depression proved not to be a very pleasant way to live life, and definitely not how I wanted my kids to remember their father. So I decided that I was sick and tired of being unhappy and feeling bad all of the time. That is when I started on the long hard road to a healthier me.
