4. Cheat once a week. You should have a "cheat" meal once a week. Your "cheat" meal can be whatever you like to eat. But only do this once a week. A good day to this is on the weekends. You'll be rewarding yourself for a eating healthy all week. Also, having a cheat meal will cause your metabolism to rise.
