My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Challenge by Jules Jordon

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a diet that claims you can lose 9lbs every 11 days. The diet works by using something called Calorie Shifting. What's Calorie Shifting I hear you ask. I for one had never heard of it before, so I began looking into the diet and ended up buying Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

Calorie Shifting apparently is a way of fooling your metabolism into working and burning fat regularly and quickly, which as you know leads to fat loss.

If you eat randomly, the way most of us do, your metabolism doesn't know what will be coming from one day to the next. Let's face it, most of us fatties don't know what we'll be eating from one day to the next, we see a piece of pie and we eat it! We fancy some fried chicken, we go get it.

So your metabolism works on what it knows from what you've eaten in the past few days. It knows the calories you usually eat and it knows the foods you usually eat. Your metabolism is, in a comfort zone.

If there was a way to shock your metabolism out of its comfort zone and confuse it, then it would burn more calories. So the Fat Loss 4 Idiot claim goes!

First your confused metabolism will burn the calories you have eaten and then it will go looking for the fat stored around your body and burn those too.

So, changing the types of foods that you eat every couple of days confuses your metabolism.

Your metabolism then burns the calories eaten and excess fat in your body. This, according to Fat Loss 4 Idiots is how the diet works and how to lose 9lbs every 11 days.

This diet has really caused a sensation. It is one of the all time best sellers online and I suppose it must be doing something right to stay at the top for so long. So many people can't be wrong? I'll let you know.
