How To Stop The Fat Loss Failure by Mo Simpson

Most people who try to lose weight will invariably fail miserably. They find a plan, buy it or enroll on it, they try it for a few times and then when it doesn't work they give up miserable, depressed and frustrated. All the time the desired dream of fat loss and a new life is further and further away as they pile on even more pounds. We've all been there, we all know the deep misery and yet so few of us have found a way out. But just how do you stop this spiral and emerge with the fat gone and a happy state of mind?

Well first off, you need to choose the right fat loss plan for you. There is no point picking a fat loss plan that involves high intensity, high impact exercising if you are patently unfit and or have mobility issues. You need to sit down, with your doctor if need be, and find out what you can do and what you cannot do. Beginning a plan that is not suitable for you and your abilities is a surefire way to end up in the dangerous and damaging situation of yoyoing between plans, binge eating. List your abilities and only choose a plan that fits in with your abilities.

Choose a plan that you have the time to complete. If a plan involves cooking elaborate meals several times a day that your schedule does not allow, how are you going to maintain that plan? You will perhaps manage to do it for a few days, but you will give up and once again, failure will leave low and miserable and falling further into weight gain hell!

If you can work a fat loss plan with a friend or family member, more the better. You will have company and you can both spur each other on to success and help keep each other positive and motivated. Also, it makes sense that if you are a family who are seeking weight loss, do it together. There is nothing like the whole family supporting and working together to achieve great results losing weight together.

Focus on the reasons you must lose weight and write those reasons down in the form of a list. There is nothing like seeing your reasons in black and white to keep you focused. I mean let's face it, life takes over and before you know it you've had a bad day at work and you've slipped back to your bad old ways. If you keep your fat loss reasons close to hand and read them several times a day, you will give yourself a great chance to lose the fat and keep it off.
